3 Create and label a scatter plot graph

 

Step 1

Click on the Chart Wizard from the toolbar.

 

Step 2

Select XY (scatter) as the Chart type and Scatter as the sub type.  Click Next.

 

 

 

 

Step 3

Click Next on Chart Wizard STEP 2 of 4.

 

 

 

Step 4

On Chart Wizard Step 3 of 4, give your chart a title and label the X and Y axis. Please see the following for suggestions:

Chart Title:  Albedo Before and After a Forest Fire
Value (X) axis: Date
Value (Y) axis:  Albedo (%)

Click Next Chart Wizard Step 3 of 4.

 

 

Step 5

Click Finish on Chart Wizard Step 4 of 4 Chart Location

 

 

Step 6

The completed chart should look like the one below.
