8 Showing data in a graph

 

Step 1

Click once on the graph so it is selected.  From the Menu select Chart Add Data.

 

 

Step 2

Click on the up arrow next to range to select the data. 

Use the cursor to select cells G1 through H1. Press the command key (Alt Key for PC) and select cells G24 to H61. 


Click OK.
