3 Change descriptions; select non-continuous data

 

Step 1

Place the cursor in cell A1. From the Excel toolbar highlight “Depth (m)” and press Delete. Do the same for cells G1, I1 and K1.

 

 

Step 2

Select cells A1 through F1.  Press the command key (Open Apple on a Mac, Control key on a PC) and select cells A22 through F56.  Since only the data below 20 meters is being graphed the command (control key for PC) key can be used to select non-continuous cells.
